Yes, the van comes with fully comprehensive insurance which covers anyone from 25 to 70 years old with 6 points or less.

We operate a 2 day minimum hire policy.

We will need a copy of your driving license plus two additional forms of identification which contain your home address.

We charge a 25% (non refundable) deposit to secure your booking.  The remaining balance must be paid 1 week prior to your hire period. 

The van can be collected between 10:00am and 12:00pm on the first day of hire and can be returned between 16:00 and 18:00 on the final day of hire.  We can sometimes be flexible on this, please just contact us to discuss.

There is a daily mileage limit of 100 miles.  If you need to drive further, please let us know and this can be arranged for a small additional charge.

We are pet friendly.  Please avoid any muddy paws / feet on the seats though.  Pets must never be left unattended in the vehicle at any time.

Yes, no problem.  We have secure parking available for your vehicle.

Yes.  Our insurance covers trips to Europe.  Please contact us however and we can confirm based on your itinerary that you will be covered

Yes.  We have comprehensive breakdown cover in place.  This is included with the cost of hiring the van.

If the booking is cancelled, you will need to notify us asap. If you cancel less then 6 weeks before the start of your hire, all monies paid and due, are non refundable and you are still liable for the sums yet paid. We advise you to take out holiday cover to safe guard against such eventualities.

The van runs on diesel.  The van will come with a full tank of fuel.  Please return with a full tank or we can fill up for you for a small charge (£2 per l)
