We require the following:

Photo driving license – we ask that you complete a DVLA check at www.gov.uk/view-driving-licence and provide us with the 6 digit check code.

2x  utility bills from different companies to be dated within the last 3 months and address to match licence.

We would like the above at least one week prior to collection by email to booking@roaming-retreats.co.uk

We charge a 25% (non refundable) deposit to secure your booking.  A further £750 (refundable) security deposit is also required 48 hours prior to the hire.
The balance is required 6 weeks prior to the hire or in full if less than 6 weeks to hire date.

The van can be collected at 2pm on the first day of hire and dropped off at 10:00am on the last day of the hire. The hire period is based on the dates selected at booking. We can sometimes be flexible on the collection and return times, these will be calculated as extra hire days. Please contact us in advance, if you require different collection or return times than those stated.

The campervan is based at our home in Marske-by-sea, confirmation of the address will be given once your booking has been confirmed.

We ask on return, that the campervan comes back clean inside, rubbish removed and the fuel tank full.

Please bring your own bed linen e.g (Duvet, covers, pillows) or sleeping bag, we can provide the fitted sheet. 

We are pet friendly.  Please avoid any muddy paws / feet on the seats and pets must never be left unattended in the vehicle at any time.

Yes, no problem.  We have secure parking available for your vehicle.

Yes.  Our insurance covers trips to Europe.  Please contact us however and we can confirm based on your itinerary that you will be covered

Yes.  We have comprehensive breakdown cover in place.  This is included with the cost of hiring the van.

If the booking is cancelled, you will need to notify us asap. If you cancel less then 6 weeks before the start of your hire, all monies paid and due, are non refundable and you are still liable for the sums yet paid. We advise you to take out holiday cover to safe guard against such eventualities.

The van runs on diesel.  The van will come with a full tank of fuel, on collection. Please return with a full tank or we can fill up for you for a small charge (£2 per l)
